WHO NEEDS A LOVE WARRIOR?

I'm ruminating on lots of projects and ideas for future projects. One thing I really want to work on again are my Love Warriors.

They have brought joy to many and I think its time to put them back out in the world. Some have wondered where the idea came from. It started with me wanting to give a bigger army man to my friend on her 50th birthday.
The idea of the army man came from season 1, episode 2 of Ted Lasso. Ted receives a bag of army men in a care package from his son. They were meant to “keep him safe.” Throughout the show, Ted gives an army man to certain characters that need to feel supported. They symbolize being guarded and protected and that the receiver is not alone.
I loved this practice and decided to add a personal touch. We are both drawn to graffiti and postive messages so my thought went there. I started out with basic color but wanted to then add positive words and images. I wanted to make one for my friend and then ended up making 24 of them!
I call them Love Warriors. Who couldn't use a little Love Warrior in their life. I think we should all be like Ted and give a little extra care to those around you and maybe share a Love Warrior with someone you care about.
Lots of Love,
Katie
