I WOULD LOVE YOUR INPUT!

 

I have a project I’m working on and shame is part of the subject. I would love to know what shame looks like to you. If there was an image or symbol that represents shame to you, what would it be?

 

One idea could be a wave. Feelings of shame can make you feel flooded with negative feelings and negative self-talk. Or a seesaw because our striving for perfectionism creates imbalance in our lives.
