WORK BEGINS
I will create up to three preparatory sketches from which to obtain Purchaser's approval before beginning the commissioned artwork. These images will be emailed to the purchaser for approval. All sketches are the property of Katie Pavone, artist.
I will keep you updated with photos and notes throughout the process. Should you have any requests or feedback to give, please reach out

Include the details of what type of art, medium, dimensions and budget you are looking for.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the Artist begins work on the commission and is due upon signing the contract. The balance of payment is due upon satisfactory completion and delivery of the artwork as discussed.

ARTWORK COMPLETED AND DELIVERED
Once you are happy with your commission, you will need to pay the remaining 50% of the agreed upon price. I agree to complete and deliver the commissioned artwork on or before the following date ______________. If I cannot deliver the artwork, or the Purchaser cannot pick it up, the Purchaser agrees to pay all necessary shipping expenses.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM
If the Purchaser does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the Purchaser may refuse. In that case, Katie Pavone, artist, will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit. This is free of any claims or interests of the Purchaser and the Purchaser will not owe any additional fees to the Artist.​
There are no returns once the Purchaser takes possession of the artwork.
